Our No Name® Bistro steaks are hand cut and trimmed beef bottom sirloin tip. Each flavor packed steak is marinated for consistent flavor and juiciness. These steaks are individually vacuum sealed for maximum freshness & convenience.

Bistro Cooking Instructions
- Preheat 10 min. on HIGH
- Remove from plastic wrap
- Grill on Medium Heat
GRILL
- Defrosted: 11-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
- Frozen: 24-28 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
BROIL
- Preheat broiler to 500°F or high
- Remove steaks from plastic wrap
- Place on broiler pan 4-6 inches from heat
- Defrosted: 11-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
- Frozen: 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
STOVE
- Preheat non-stick skillet with 1 tsp. oil
- Remove steaks from plastic wrap
- Cook over medium heat
- Defrosted: 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
- Frozen: 24-28 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
AIR FYER
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F
- Remove steaks from plastic wrap
- Place steaks in air fryer basket
- Defrosted: 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
- Frozen: 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time
Cooking times may vary due to variability of appliances and grills. Meat should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145˚F with a 3 minute rest time or an internal temperature of 160˚F must be achieved. Both internal temperatures measured by use of a thermometer.
